Demis Holding began with a vision to drive innovation and deliver tailored solutions.

During its years of activity, Demis Holding has had the honor of cooperating with reputable and leading organizations such as Cee Veles Kala Company, the General Inspection Department of Isfahan and Chaharmahal provinces, and more national public and private sectors . These collaborations have enabled us to provide comprehensive and efficient solutions by deeply understanding the needs of our customers.

Company Launch

Our story started with the creation of FISTC, established to design and implement custom Management Information Systems (MIS) using Oracle technologies.

Entry into Web-Based Systems

Demis Holding expanded into web-based solutions by adopting Microsoft .NET technology. A key achievement was developing the Comprehensive Financial and Administrative System for the Isfahan Provincial Electricity Distribution Company, enhancing efficiency and digital transformation in the sector.

Expanding into the Insurance Industry

Building on our foundation in innovation, Demis Holding entered the insurance sector to deliver modern, technology-driven solutions.

Partnered with Iran Insurance to design advanced systems
Adopted Java technologies for scalable and secure platforms

Completion of ERP and the Birth of Intelligent Systems

Building on years of MIS expertise, Demis Holding developed ERP modules and web-based retail systems, leading to the spin-off of Intelligent Decision Arya Company. ERP deployment soon followed, with key implementations for organizations such as:

Acquisition of Ava Company

Demis Holding acquired Ava, a knowledge-based company in Isfahan Science and Technology Town, to strengthen the capabilities of its purchasing group. Ava’s expertise in software production, portal development, BPMS, and Java is being leveraged to enhance ERP development and deliver more integrated solutions.

Ava’s Entry into Foundational Insurance

Ava entered the foundational insurance sector by being selected for the Health Insurance project, leveraging its proven expertise in developing the Sepas system to deliver practical, technology-driven solutions.

Deployment of Rasa and Roz Systems

In 2017, Demis Holding launched the Electronic Health Solution (Rasa) system at Dey Insurance, followed by the Hospital Document Processing (Roz) system in 2018 for Health Insurance. These systems enabled seamless communication between healthcare centers and insurance companies, significantly reducing costs and improving the quality of healthcare services.

Vira’s Establishment and Addition of Health Calculators

Fahim Argham Vira Company was founded to provide financial and administrative services, initially for group members and now available externally.

Additionally, Sephahan Health Calculation Company joined the organization to support damage assessment and procurement, further expanding the company’s expertise in health-related solutions.

Software Know-How Export

Intelligent Decision Arya Company expanded into mobile app development and secured international contracts for software production and export with companies in New Zealand and Australia, marking a significant step in globalizing Demis Holding’s technological solutions.

Founding of EasyMed

EasyMed was established as a comprehensive intelligent solution for electronic healthcare services, offering features such as electronic health records, prescription management, health monitoring, and treatment progress tracking.

Integrated with the Sepas system, EasyMed streamlines processes, enhances speed and accuracy, reduces costs, optimizes resource management, and improves satisfaction for both patients and healthcare providers.

Establishment of Robin

Robin, a network technology company, was founded in 2021 to meet the growing demand in the IT sector. The company provides consultation, design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, databases, monitoring services, and security solutions.

Establishment of MAD

In 2021, the Electronic Income Management System (MAD) was launched for Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The system identifies all revenue collection points and, using a 30-digit deposit ID, ensures all income is accurately deposited into Treatment/Pharmacy accounts and the Central Bank (Treasury), streamlining financial management.

Establishment of Cita Tourism Phenomenon Company

Cita Tourism Phenomenon Company officially launched its tourism and hotel reservation system, branded as “Sita”, October 2022. Accessible via Cita.ir, the system offers online booking for over 1,400 accommodation facilities, including hotels, serviced apartments, eco-lodges, and more.
